We understand that things come up and you may not be able to make your scheduled appointment. However, we ask that you please give 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. This allows enough time for other clients to schedule an appointment.
Clients who are unable to provide 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment. This fee must be paid prior to rebooking.
Anyone who simply does not show up for their scheduled appointment or does not give proper notice will be considered a no-show.
All no-show clients will be charged 100% of their scheduled appointment, and this must be paid prior to rebooking.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened in order to avoid delays for the following clients, and you will still be charged the full amount.
